Once you approve the digital proof of your custom item (business cards, resumes, etc.), you confirm that all design elements and information are accurate. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds after proof approval.

 

What This Means:

• No returns or refunds after proof approval
• No changes once production begins
• You are responsible for reviewing all proof details before approval

We guarantee quality production and will address any manufacturing defects reported within 48 hours of receipt. However, we cannot accept returns for approved content errors or design choices.

Printed letterhead is an additional service that requires the purchase of our digital letterhead first. While the digital letterhead is delivered electronically, this printed version is a physical product that will be professionally printed and mailed to your address.
